There was no mini fridge. Hotel is outdated. Pool area was nice. Smoke smell more evident than other hotels

Stayed here two nights for a concert. I would call it a budget hotel despite its gigantic size. The room was okay and clean but very dated. The air con was super loud, very hard to sleep with it. No water, coffee or tea in the room. Check in queue was very long and using the app is not any quicker unless you already have it. The pools in the garden are nice and spacious. Breakfast was very overpriced but there are lots of other eateries. The casino is big with lots of games but if you don't smoke, you'll struggle as it stinks. I guess it's the same in all the other casinos too but worth mentioning. It's central enough, I managed to walk everywhere and it's very close to the airport too.

I came to Vegas to see my retina specialist in town ! At checkin Joshua noticed I had trouble seeing to fill stuff out on the card scanner . He then helped me fill everything out and got me a convenient room right off the elevator to make things easier for me ! Great staff at the front desk at Excalibur Casino ! Very friendly crew !!!
